RETURN & REFUND In case of any faulty, damaged or missing item/s you can return it within 24 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials and labeling, including postage, courier or other shipping labels - claims for missing or damaged items may be invalidated without this. Repair or replacement will be provided on the return of the faulty goods. To receive a refund; you should ship the item(s) to our office in Saudi Arabia within 7 days of received and inform us via e-mail. The item(s) returned should be in an original/unused condition and with original shipping package included. Wholesale orders and customized products are non-refundable. Once your package is received it will be thoroughly inspected to ensure that there was no use of the item(s) and that all parts are securely in place. Your credit card account will then be refunded the amount of the item, except all shipping and handling charges in both directions. If your delivery address is different from the registered delivery address in credit card you should contact us about your right delivery address.
